Yoga is not religion. It is just a way to live life, just like how being vegetarian, doing organic gardening etc, its is just a way to live life healthy. Even a small child can do yoga, if properly & systematically taught. This blog is meant for beginners in yoga. It talks about only the very simple exercises, not the complicated body twisting asanas one imagines when yoga is mentioned. Please follow the instructions carefully and take extreme care not to stress yourself. Stop if you are feeling any strain. Yoga is about relaxing the body & mind. Any one with medical conditions please do not start doing yoga unless you have your doctor's consent. Yoga is exercise, so please use your better judgement to know whether this is for you or not.
